Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet dispatched. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with intact seals. Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship across India, with estimated delivery of 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for non-metro locations. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout with no hidden fees.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply. For damaged packages, record a video before opening and notify us within 48 hours.
